Why should we enter?
The Customer Service Awards Ireland is the largest event of its kind to offer national recognition against a broad base of industry sectors. A nomination lets outstanding performers know their good work is valued by their organisation.
How much does it cost?
The cost per nomination per category is 65 Euros + VAT (£47.00 GBP + VAT).
Feedback entries 100 Euros + VAT (£70.00 GBP + VAT).
If you have elected to have Feedback, this will take the form of a single sheet of feedback showing how strongly entrants met criteria with a general comment from the collective judges.
If you nominate before 31 December, 2006 you will receive free feedback on your entry.
Why do I need to pay?
The nominal fee you pay contributes towards administration and the judging process. The entry fee also ensures that entrants are committed to seeing the process through.
How long does it take?
The entry form takes about an hour to complete.
Where will the judging take place?
The finalist presentations will be held in Dublin.
Who are the judges?
Our judges are customer service professionals, sponsors and members of professional organisations.
Can we get feedback if we are unsuccessful?
This year, for an additional fee, we will be able to offer feedback to all entrants. The feedback will take the form of a single sheet of feedback showing how strongly entrants met criteria with a general comment from the collective judges.
How many awards are there?
There are 18 Awards from the Young Customer Service Professional of the Year to the Lifetime Achievement Award.
